Bitcoin at Amppari

Bitcoin is the best known of the three coins this casino accepts, and in day-to-day use it is also the least practical of them. It works exactly as advertised — deposits and payouts both run on the Bitcoin mainnet, no bank is involved, and the operator takes nothing — but it carries the highest network fee and the longest confirmation wait of the trio. If you already hold BTC, this page tells you how it behaves here. If you are choosing a coin from scratch, read the comparison on the crypto page first.

The single most important thing to understand: your balance is held in euro, not in Bitcoin. The operator converts at the rate applying when the network confirms your transfer, and from that moment on the money behaves like any other euro on the account. A rally after you deposit does not grow your balance and a crash does not shrink it. When you cash out, euros are converted back to BTC at the rate of that moment.

How to deposit with Bitcoin

1. In the cashier choose Bitcoin. The system issues a deposit address and a QR code.

2. Copy the address with the copy button. Then check the first four and the last four characters against your wallet before you send — clipboard malware that swaps addresses is a real thing, and a Bitcoin transfer cannot be reversed by anybody.

3. Send an amount worth roughly 50 € or more, plus enough fee to be picked up promptly.

4. Wait for confirmations. Fifteen minutes to an hour is normal; a congested mempool stretches it.

Because the euro figure is fixed at confirmation rather than at send time, aim slightly above the threshold instead of exactly on it — a volatile half hour can otherwise leave you a euro or two short of the minimum. And send only Bitcoin to a Bitcoin address: coins dispatched on the wrong chain are not recoverable by the operator, by your wallet provider or by anyone at all.

Bitcoin withdrawals

The payout mirrors the deposit. Pick Bitcoin in the Withdrawal tab, paste an address from a wallet you control, and request at least about 50 €. The operator's approval was under an hour during daytime in our tests; the chain then delivered anywhere between 15 minutes and 24 hours, and every long case in our log was network congestion rather than the casino sitting on the request. You can follow the transaction on any public block explorer as soon as it is broadcast, which is a genuine advantage over a card refund that simply disappears for two days.

The rules around it are the same as everywhere else on the site. The closed-loop principle applies to blockchains too, so a Bitcoin deposit comes back as Bitcoin up to the deposited amount. The monthly ceiling of 10 000 € is shared with all other methods. And the first payout waits on verification — a photo ID or passport plus a proof of address under three months old, processed in 24–48 hours. Crypto is pseudonymous, not anonymous, and a licensed operator still has to know who it paid. The withdrawal page covers the queue in detail.

The fee arithmetic, and when to pick another coin

The operator deducts nothing from a Bitcoin transfer in either direction. What you do pay is the network fee, which goes to miners and varies with demand — sometimes cents, sometimes several euros within the same week. That fee is charged per transaction and not per amount, which produces a simple rule: cashing out 55 € in BTC is bad economics, cashing out 500 € is perfectly reasonable. Bundle payouts rather than dripping them out, and check the current fee level before you decide.

  • No bank, no card, no office hours — works at 3 a.m. on a holiday
  • Trackable on a public explorer from the second it is sent
  • The operator adds nothing on top in either direction
  • Highest network fee and slowest confirmations of the three coins
  • The 50 € floor is more than double the 20 € on wallet rails
  • An address typo or a wrong chain loses the money permanently

Our practical verdict: if you want to play via Bitcoin because it is what you hold, it works cleanly and the timings above are what you will see. If you simply want a fast, cheap crypto rail, Litecoin and USDT on TRC-20 beat it on both counts and are described on the crypto page. For a Finnish player with an OP or Nordea account, Trustly is still faster end to end and has a 20 € floor. Accounts begin at registration, the first-deposit terms are on the bonus page, and a missing transfer is a job for live chat via support — bring the transaction hash, because that is the only thing a transfer can be traced by. Adults only, 18+, and remember that coin volatility stacks a second risk on top of the first; the responsible gambling page has the limits and helplines.
