Review methodology: how we rate, in detail

One method applies to every brand, which is what makes two reviews on this site comparable. Here is how we review, step by step.

Licence first. We read the number in the operator footer and look it up in the regulator's public register. No verifiable entry, no review.
Register as an ordinary player. No press account, no reviewer flag. We fill the same form, upload the same documents and wait the same 26 hours everyone else waits.

Support and safety

We opened three chat sessions at different hours; first human reply came at 41, 52 and 88 seconds, and the agent answered a deliberately awkward question about raising a deposit limit correctly, including the delay before an increase takes effect. Email came back in three hours twenty minutes. There is no telephone channel and the operator does not pretend otherwise.
