Bank transfer at Amppari

An ordinary SEPA transfer is the slowest method this casino accepts and, for a certain kind of player, still the right one. Nothing sits between you and the operator — no wallet, no card scheme, no open-banking intermediary — and the transfer appears on your statement exactly as you sent it. The cost of that simplicity is time: 1–2 banking days in each direction, because euro transfers between European banks move in scheduled batches rather than continuously.

SEPA stands for the Single Euro Payments Area, the framework that makes a euro transfer inside Europe work the same way whether it crosses a street or a border. It is why the operator can quote one timescale for every European bank, and also why nobody can speed it up: the schedule belongs to the banking system, not to the casino.

How to deposit with bank transfer

1. In the cashier choose the bank transfer option and enter an amount from 25 € upwards — the floor here is higher than the 20 € on other rails because the handling cost is the same whatever the size.

2. The cashier issues an IBAN and, crucially, a reference code unique to your account.

3. Make the payment in your own online bank and paste that reference code into the message field. Copy it, do not retype it.

4. Wait one to two banking days. The balance updates when the transfer settles on the operator's side.

The reference code is the whole game. An automated system matches incoming transfers to accounts by that string alone; a payment that arrives without it has to be reconciled by hand, which turns a two-day wait into a support ticket with a bank receipt attached. The second rule is the usual one: the sending account must be in your own name, since third-party payments are refused. And note what a banking day means in practice — a transfer sent on Friday afternoon typically starts moving on Monday, so the calendar can double the quoted time without anything being wrong.

Withdrawals by SEPA

The payout works the same way in reverse. In the Withdrawal tab you select the bank transfer route, enter at least 30 €, and give the IBAN of an account in your own name. The operator's approval was under an hour during daytime in our tests, and the transfer then took 1–2 banking days to appear. There is nothing to chase in between: once the money is in the SEPA system it moves on the banks' schedule and support has no lever to pull.

Three constraints apply. The closed-loop rule returns funds down the rail they arrived on up to the deposited amount, so a SEPA deposit means a SEPA payout for that portion. The shared monthly ceiling is 10 000 € across all methods combined. And the first cashout waits on verification — photo ID or passport plus a proof of address no older than three months, cleared in 24–48 hours. Getting that done at registration is what keeps the 1–2 day figure honest. The withdrawal page has the queue statuses in detail.

When SEPA is the right choice — and when it is not

  • Works with any European bank account, no list to be on
  • No intermediary, no wallet fees, no card scheme in the middle
  • Comfortable with larger sums, where a couple of days costs nothing
  • The slowest rail here in both directions
  • Higher floors: 25 € in, 30 € out
  • A missing reference code creates real work for you

For most Finnish players the honest advice is to use Trustly instead. It draws on the very same bank account through OP, Nordea, S-Pankki, Danske Bank, Aktia, POP Pankki or Säästöpankki, but confirms instantly and pays back in 1–2 hours rather than days. SEPA earns its place when your bank is not on the Trustly list, when you are moving a large sum and prefer a plain transfer on the record, or when a card has been declined. If speed is the priority and you have no interest in banks at all, you can play via USDT on the TRC-20 network — see the crypto page — while Visa and Mastercard land somewhere in between.

Accounts start at registration, where the euro is set as the account currency permanently, and the bonus terms that come with a first deposit are on the bonus page. A transfer that has not appeared after two banking days is a job for live chat, open 24/7 in Finnish and English via support — bring the bank receipt and the reference code. Adults only, 18+; the tools on the responsible gambling page are there if a deposit ever feels like a decision made too quickly.
